Sauna Ritual With Nick Tettersell
A hot and cold sensory therapy to reconnect with yourself, with Nature and with Others
Each ritual is guided intuitively, and led by the heart, reflecting the needs and energy of the group participants. Using nature and the elements as guides, there will be rounds in and out of the sauna. Inspired by Lithuanian piritis techniques, expect whisking, salt infusions and hand made body scrubs, foraged in and around Cornwall. A multi sensory experience that will leave you feeling relaxed rejuvenated and reconnected.

Feeders & Healers Sauna Ceremony
Sam & Molly are a husband and wife duo, offering Sauna Ceremonies, including breathwork, sound, & elements of nature. A 2 hour sensory experience in the sauna, using foraged body scrubs, traditional leaf whisks, and therapeutic oils.

Join us for our first Sauna Social Evening. You can sweat out the working week in the sauna and hang out by the fire with your friends overlooking Mothecombe Beach. This is a time to hang out, chat to friends and to experience the wonders of gathering together as a community. Kids go free.
