Alternating between an ice bath and a sauna, often referred to as "contrast therapy," offers a range of physical and mental benefits, and is particularly popular in sports recovery. The benefits for men include increased testosterone, enhanced muscle recovery and growth, improved mood and mental resilience, heightened libido, fat loss, and better overall mental health.

During each session, we will engage in meaningful conversations about our experiences as men, exploring who we are and how we navigate life. Each session will provide an opportunity for men to set personal goals, and create actionable steps, with built-in accountability, to help them move forward in their lives. The aim is for men to leave feeling better, lighter, and more empowered.

As with all good things, consistent practice delivers the best results. Hence, these sessions will soon be held bi-weekly, allowing men who are committed to building their mental and physical resilience the chance to see gradual, positive changes over time as we approach winter.

Please bring with you to the ritual: 2 towels, 1 to sit on in the sauna and 1 for afterwards, swim wear, a bag for wet clothes, a warm change of clothes, a healthy snack and a vessel for water.
