ALL welcome - Kids under 12 go free and adult tickets are £20 You can sweat out the working week in the sauna and hang out by the fire with your friends, overlooking Mothecombe Beach. This is a time to hang out, chat to friends and to experience the wonders of gathering together as a community.
Our ethos here at The Somewhere Sauna is to create accessible, community-focused spaces with wellbeing at the core. Studies have shown that spending social time in a sauna enables us to connect more deeply with people around us because our cortisol levels drop and our minds’ becoming calmer. What better reason to have a social at the sauna!
The sauna will be hot, and we will be cooking pancakes over the fire with hot chai tea available as well. Bring instruments, marshmallows to cook over the fire and anything the kids (or adults) would enjoy! Come as you are and unwind in nature, with other sauna lovers.
